This workshop is
designed to provide participants with a basic understanding of the
Predictive Index System as well as learn an easy-to-use, effective
performance feedback approach that will enable managers to sustain
top performance, coach and develop employees, and address challenging
performance issues.

Through lecture,
model-demonstration and practice, you will:

of the benefits to providing feedback in helping you accomplish
business objectives.

- Understand your own leadership communication style strengths and
challenges relative to providing ongoing performance feedback and
communication.
- Understand the behavioral needs of your employees and develop
effective management, feedback and communication strategies for
each.

- Complete Leadership Communication Assessment.
- Complete Employee Communication and Feedback Strategy with one-on-one
support from instructor.
- Introduce Performance Feedback Model.
- Practice Performance Feedback Model and role-play activity.
