Larry Good is the President and owner of P.I. Midwest, an Omaha based consulting firm that works with over 300 companies throughout the United States. The company was started in 1989 and has become the largest distributor of the Predictive Index System in the United States with additional offices in Des Moines, Iowa; Littleton, Colorado; and Lincoln, Nebraska. Larrys career covers over 28 years of operating and running his own companies. Born and raised in Omaha, he has a B.S.B.A. and M.B.A. in Finance from Creighton University. He and his wife Shirley have two sons, Brandon and T.J. |

David has represented Predictive Index in Omaha since 1989. He has 35 years of management experience working with large and small businesses, and has considerable experience as a volunteer serving on many non-profit organization boards. His areas of expertise include hiring and selection, employee retention, team building, motivation, and managing change. David is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a B.S.E.E. and an MBA in Management, and is a Registered Professional Engineer. |

Debora Scott has been associated with Predictive Index since 1991. Her background includes over twenty-five years of experience in sales, marketing, training, recruiting and managing people with GM and 3M in both factory direct and wholesale distribution roles. Her current Predictive Index clients include banks, insurance companies, music stores, healthcare, animal nutrition, advertising, education, manufacturing, engineering, blood centers, plumbing fixtures and office products distributors. Debora represents P.I. Midwest in Des Moines, Iowa. |

John has worked for PI Midwest since 1994, representing the Predictive Index System for us in the Colorado Market place. Previously, he had been a soft drink executive with Pepsi-Cola and Dr. Pepper companies. During his tenure in the beverage industry he accumulated over 15 years of management experience, has had full P&L responsibility, and been VP/GM of a Pepsi producing operation in California. While VP/GM, John was trained in the Predictive Index System, and had the luxury of applying it's principles successfully for 4 years within his operation. John is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, with a major in Sociology. |

A native of Omaha and a graduate of the University of Nebraska, Jeff joined the staff of PI Midwest in 1997. Prior to his affiliation with Predictive Index, Jeff spent 19 years with American General/AIG as a personal producer and sales manager in the financial services industry. A client of PI Midwest since 1989, Jeff applied the Predictive Index System in helping build Jones Financial Services into one of his company's largest and most successful agency operations. Jeff's clients represent a wide variety of industries throughout the United States, utilizing Predictive Index to significantly improve their selection, promotion, performance and leadership initiatives. |

Kim has been associated with PI since 1990. She has an extensive background. Kim served as HR Representative for Mallinckrodt Medical for eight years. She has an extensive background in Human Resources, Training and Corporate Relations. Kim is currently PI Midwests Business Manager. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a B.S. degree in Communications and Human Resources. |

John recently joined Pi Midwest in January of 2004 and has 18 years of experience within the Predictive Index Management System. John’s background includes 20 years in the banking industry rising to a Senior Vice President level with a metropolitan bank as well as spending 10 years as a President of a manufacturing company. While in these senior positions John was a user of Predictive Index and has first hand practical knowledge of Predictive Index’s impact in the operation and growth of successful companies. John is a native of Fonda, Iowa and currently resides
in the Red Oak, Iowa area. |

Dr. Leo Presley has worked in the human resource development field for 30 years. Some of his major projects have included designing and implementing a comprehensive employee development program, (from assessment/selection systems and succession management to executive development/coaching), for a Fortune 500 energy company. He designed and implemented a leadership development program for senior-level leaders of educational institutions. Leo served as a consultant to the Governor of Oklahoma on workforce development initiatives. He served as the strategic advisor and policy analyst to a national training and development organization, and he designed and implemented a business and industry training program for a statewide technical education system. Leo is a former CEO of an organization with annual revenues of $70 million and 165 employees. Dr. Presley is a certified master executive coach and is certified in a variety of assessment, selection and training offerings designed for executive development. |
